Irdeto Introduces New Solutions for Latin America Pay TV and Digital Media Market

Irdeto's comprehensive CC&B software is highly flexible, scalable and offers solutions for prepaid models, a catalog of products, logistics and supply management and simplicity in personalizing new products, all presented in a user-friendly interface. This solution is added to the new portfolio of products that enables Irdeto customers to effectively target specific consumer groups with offers that better meet their demands. Among these offers are products like Irdeto Broadband, which provides new a platform to protect and monetize content, and ActiveCloak for Media, supplying operators and content owners with a new layer of dynamic security to supplement traditional DRM.
According to research firm Informa Telecoms & Media, Pay TV subscriber numbers are anticipated to reach 73.2 million by end-2016, up 68% from 43.5 million in 2010.
