IoT Cyberattacks Are The Norm – The Security Mindset Isn’t

When it comes to connectivity and its expansion across multiple industries, there are only a few certainties. Many of the industries experiencing a connectivity boom never expected the Internet of Things to apply to them. And perhaps most concerning, many industries have historically not been prepared to tackle the security problem that has accompanied connectivity.

The Irdeto Global Connected Industries Cybersecurity Survey polled 700 security decision makers across Connected Health, Connected Transport, Connected Manufacturing and IT and technology (who manufacture IoT devices) industries about cyberattacks targeting their organization, concerns about the types of attacks that could target their organization, security measures currently in place and much more.
