Official contest rules

These Official Rules govern participation in the “Duckin’ Around at ATA MCE 2025” contest, organized and sponsored by Irdeto. By entering, participants agree to comply with these rules and all decisions made by Irdeto, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

1. Contest period

• Daily Contest: October 25–28, 2025 (one winner selected each day)
• Grand Prize Selection: October 28, 2025

2. Eligibility

• Open to registered attendees of ATA MCE 2025 who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Employees of Irdeto, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/marketing agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and household members) are not eligible.
• Contest is void where prohibited.

3. How to enter

1. Pick up a rubber duck at the Irdeto booth

2. Take an original photo of the duck during the ATA MCE 2025 event

3. Post the photo publicly on LinkedIn or X (Twitter) with the hashtag #KeystoneByIrdeto between October 25–28, 2025

4. Limit: Entrants may submit as many eligible photos as they wish during the contest period

4. Entry guidelines

• Entries must be original work created by the entrant.
• Do not include third-party copyrighted or trademarked content unless you own the rights.
• Entries must not contain obscene, offensive, unsafe or inappropriate content, as determined by Irdeto in its sole discretion.

5. Winner selection and prizes

• Daily Prizes: One winner per day will be selected by a panel of Irdeto judges based
• Grand Prize: On October 28, 2025, one grand prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the contest

Prizes will be announced at the Irdeto booth and on Irdeto’s official social channels during the event.

6. Rights granted by entrants

By entering, you grant Irdeto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish and display your submitted photo(s) for promotional and marketing purposes related to this contest, without further compensation.

7. Additional terms

• This contest is a contest of skill, not chance.
• Irdeto reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these rules.
• This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by ATA, ATA MCE event organizers, LinkedIn or X (Twitter).
